Athens- Gertrude M. Fisher, 89 of Athens NY died at her residence on April 27,2010. She was born in Jewett, NY the daughter of William and Mildred(Johnson) Fisher on Dec. 9,1920. She was an xray
technician working in the dental industry. She was predeceased by her brothers Leon and Shirley Fisher
and her sisters Elsie Lyon, Margaret Lossow,Ida Shoemaker and Dorla Thorne.
She is survived by her sisters Violet Clark and Loleta Aplin as well as many nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held at Decker Funeral Home Windham NY on Fri. April 30,2010 from 11am -12noon. A funeral service will follow at 12noon. Interment will be at the Maplewood Cemetery, Jewett, NY
