Obituary of Michael Ira Weinberg

Windham, NY- Michael Ira Weinberg, 57, entered into eternal rest on June 3, 2017after a courageous battle with Lymphoma at his home with his loving wife Michelle by his side. He was born in New York City on Sept. 11, 1959, the son of Samuel and Mary Weinberg. Michael was a proud member of the IBEW Local #236. He is survived by his sister Wendy and his brother Robert; devoted father of Michael and Jamie; loving grandfather of Jaylin, Alexis, Victoria and Elizabeth. "Living on with Eternal Energy" A gathering will be held at Decker Funeral Home 5312 State Rt. 23, Windham on Sunday, June 11, 2017 from 1-1:30PM with memorial service and interment to follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Ashland, NY. With heartfelt gratitude Michelle wishes to thank Catskill Community Hospice for their support and care over the last several months.
