Obituary of George R. Mulford

George Robert Mulford March 1, 1935 – June 30, 2017 George Robert Mulford, 82, of Windham, passed peacefully on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Diamond Hill Nursing Home, Troy, NY. George was a lifetime resident of Windham. He was born March 1, 1935, the son of the late George and Elnora Mulford. George was survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Renee Mulford for one day – with Renee passing just 24 hours later. George is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His extended family includes siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews to the 3rd generation. So many friends, as well, will miss him. George was the owner/operator of Mulford Well Drilling and served the Town of Windham as Highway Superintendent for 20 years. Calling hours & services will be together with his wife on Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 11 AM – 12 Noon at Decker Funeral Home on Main Street, Windham with a Memorial Service beginning at 12 Noon with Pastor Mariellen Myers officiating.
