Obituary of Thomasina Frances Dymond

Lexington- Thomasina Higgins Dymond, 84, of Beech Ridge Road, died Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Columbia Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Thomasina was born in Ashland, NY on April 26, 1933 the daughter of the late Thomas and Ernestina (nee Scuur) Higgins and educated in Cornwallville and the Bronx. She was a homemaker and mother. She enjoyed crocheting and canning. She married her beloved husband George on October 26, 1952. George passed on June 6,1986. She was predeceased by eight siblings. She is survived by her children Debbie Wandursky of Lexington, Darcy (Tony) Hinson of NC, Danny Dymond and his finance Libby of Prattsville; her sister Arlene Parslow of Hunter, NY; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 form 3-7PM at Decker Funeral Home 5312 State Route 23, Windham, NY. A funeral service will be held Sunday morning at 11am at the funeral home.
