Obituary of Marian Sadrakula

Marian Sadrakula, of Jewett, NY passed away December 3, 2017 at the age of 88. He was born December 8, 1928 in Pielaszow, Poland to the late Wawrzyniec and Josefa Sadrakula. He was married to the late Emilia Sadrakula. Marian worked in New York City in building maintenance for most of his career. He retired full time to Jewett in 1994. Marian enjoyed gardening, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Marian is survived by his loving family, his three children, Michael Sadrakula and his wife Cindy, Bedford, NY., Margaret Cooney, Massapequa Park, NY., and Dorothy Zimardo, Massapequa, NY. He is survived by five grandchildren, Zachary Zimardo, age 21, Dalton Zimardo, age 20, Elizabeth Sadrakula, age 19, Jake Zimardo, age 19 and Garrett Zimardo age 16. He is also survived by his brother Stanislaw Sadrakula and his wife Barbara, and is predeceased by brothers Genek Sadrakula, Stefan Sadrakula and sister Kazia Zbieska all of Poland. Entrusted to the care of Decker Funeral Home, 5312 Main Street, Windham, NY where friends may call on Friday, December 8th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A mass of Catholic burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 9th at 11 am at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church, 5188 State Route 23 Windham, NY.
