Our deepest condolences to the Rowe family. We have known Tom ever since we bought a home here 12 years ago. We helped him plant annuals he so dearly loved one year. Was always fun to be with Tom wherever he was watching Jeopardy. Tom always had a kind word, good jokes, good stories about his life and growing up in Windham, an amazing collection of Hawaiian shirts, and Xmas sweaters. Tom’s social, civic, and political engagement was amazing and certainly a lesson for us all. RIP dear friend.

Tom was always helpful- had a smile and very independent.
When I moved here full time he made sure every Democratic issue was presented and if a signature was required he was there . Sold ads for the Annual Democratic Dinner and was sure to get a check. Drive slowly have a cup of coffee at Higher Grounds and the newspaper - as he did each morning- have a drink only in your zip code- when you pass wedding bell road- say HI-

Tom was always a pleasure to see. Could always count on him being at mass in the first row. He was always smiling & ready to chat over a glass of wine. He loved being with people in happy surroundings. Windham will miss him dearly. I know GOD had a smile on his face when he saw Tom going thru the pearl gates. Sheila
