Thank you for staying with grandma while she was sick, I loved to hear her say that she saw you and talked to you because I knew she would leave this earth safe with you. It also made me realize how you really are always here watching over us. I love you so very much and miss you more and more

My dear I hope your resting in peace. I can't begin to tell you what you leaaving this earth has done to me. I miss you so much its hard to bear. I know that you are in no more pain and there is no more heartache, but I guess I am selfish in saying there is nothing I wouldn't do to have you come home to us your family. I don't understand why god had to take you. It is not fair it was far to soon, not a day goes by that I don't think of you or talk to you or try to see a sign from you. I love you so much and so proud of you. I miss you so much it hurts. I know you are with us all and watching over us. But I miss talking to you and being able to see you and hug you. I could go on and on but I can't just know how very much I love and miss you

Steven,
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Renee & Family,
We are so sorry for the loss of Steven. We love you so much and although we don't know your family well, we love them because we love you!! You are always so hurt by so much and we just want so much happiness for you. You obviously know some of what Kevin has been through especially with the loss of his own brother so he can relate more than I can. Our thought and prayers are with you and with all the family and loved ones of Steven. ~Bec & Kev

I also worked with Steve in Fredericksburg. Steve was very diligent in his job and tried to learn new things each day that would help him be better in this field. He will be missed by all of us. May your memories bring the smiles to your faces and may you feel him watching over you.

I have know Steve since he came to work in Fredericksburg. He was always wanting to make sure he was accomplishing the tasks of his job correctly and asked for guidance from many. There were several of us who were able to visit with him at the hospital these last two times. We reasured him that his health was the most important thing and we tried to give him support. We ask God's blessings on your family as you go through the coming days of saying "Goodbye". His memories will always be with you in your heart.

I, too, worked with Steve here in Fredericksburg. It was always apparent how much his job meant to him. A bit hard to get to know at first, he warmed to those who held out a hand in friendship. As time went on, he seemed to value the private conversations we sometimes had. We were all concerned for his health, but he was more concerned about keeping a job he loved. He will be remembered here.

I worked with Steve for the last few years in Fredericksburg. He seemed to always have something pleasant to say to me when our paths would cross. I visited with him in the hospital and he was chatty about his life and his family. He never talked about his illness or felt sorry for himself. I saw God's grace in his spirit and that will remain my memory of him.

A prayer to Steven
A spirit wonders into the dark knowing nothing but himself. A light ahead of him shows the wonders of a new life. As he walks towards the light,powerful feeling of love and forgiveness engulfs him. No more pain and no more suffering, but peace in his heart. Steven is finally home to the Lord above watching and protecting what is dearest to him, his family.
RIP steven and to the Abrams family especially Renee, My prayers goes to you for strangth and peace.

the first time i meet Steven was Christmas of 08 . we were upstate at his fathers home and we sat and spoke in the garage for awhile. i realized at that point that he had a great deal of respect and love for his father and sisters. he was a good person in my eyes with a straight forward personality. he will be missed and i know the lord will open his gates to him.

My brother, my hero, my protector.... what can I say... the lord took my angel way to soon. I guess he needed you more then I did. You are an inspiration... throughout all of life's hardships you found a way to see the good in people. How I will miss laughing until the brink of tears listening to your stories. Remember the "Slomins Sheild" on our fridge??!! Only we would know what that means..hahahaha. See here is the thing, although this is extremely painful to deal with, I am not going to break, you taught me better then that. Instead I am going to remain strong and make you proud. I will see you soon big bro!! Peace <3
