Obituary of Boris Konzevich
Lexington,NY- Boris Konzevich born Nov.30,1918 went to be with the Lord May 8,2012. Simple and kind ,he was a loving father, devoted husband and caregiver to his wife Elsie. He lived a blessed life and he blessed others by sharing Jesus by word and deed. He was a man of faith and steadfast prayer, a soldier of Christ.
He was a merchant marine who loved the sea and ships. He liked to bake,cook and garden. He was a retired doorman having worked in the east village in Manhattan.
He wants all to celebrate his homecoming in heaven and will look for you there. His favorite saying was "Keep looking up".
He is survived by his son Phil and daughter in law Ellen Konzevich and his daughter Marie Povilitis as well as several nieces and nephews. We will miss him very much.
Services will be held on Friday May 11,2012 at 10:00am at the Hope Restoration Church with Pastor Cliff Cool presiding. Interment will follow at Lexington Cemetery.
